Every minute of my job is focused on my clients. In providing the best possible customer journey, I am responsible for tailoring their home to be as unique as them and to suit their needs.
Design is not just making something look good; it’s about focusing on a specific market and identifying the customer and what they want, all of which provides a better outcome for our builders and our clients.
I genuinely believe the best investment a person can make is in property and I love being able to help our clients create something they are so proud of. When considering requests from our customers I always ask myself the question, “how would I like to be treated if this were my home?”
As Drafting Manager, making sure my team provides customers with well laid out and accurate plans is very important to me as it ensures we are facilitating the easiest most stress-free customer journey.
My role as Senior Supervisor is to make sure that our team of supervisors are doing things the ‘Summit Way’, which is building high quality homes in an excellent time frame, while keeping all lines of communication open between the client and the supervisor.
Being ‘Built Around People’ is all about communication. The more I can do to communicate with our clients and teams, the happier they will be.
