Meet our executive team

As you would expect of a company with over 30 years experience, the Summit Homes Group’s Executive Committee has a wealth of industry experience.

Management

David Simpson
Managing Director
David has been our managing director since 2003. He oversees both the property development and building activities within the group.

Izabela Komadina
Chief Accountant
Izabela oversees all aspects of the group’s finance and accounting functions including treasury, banking and insurance.

Business Units

Ralph Canterino General Manager Projects With over 25 years building industry experience and extensive specialist knowledge of project development and investing, Ralph has been managing the Summit Projects Division since 2006.	Brett Garrett General Manager Summit Northwest Brett has over 25 years experience with Summit Homes Group. Since 2009, he has headed up our Northwest Division, while also overseeing our Backbone Steel business, which is based in Welshpool.	David Hunt General Manager New Homes David has 20 years building industry experience and now manages Summit Homes, Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes and Summit SouthWest.

Chris Johnston General Manager Home Improvements Chris joined our home improvements business in 1993 and has been general manager since 2009. He has over 24 years experience in the building industry.	Michael Kerr General Manager, Summit Financial Services Michael has recently joined the Summit Group to launch our new Financial Services Division. Michael has over 10 years experience in the Finance/Mortgage Broking industry and is an accredited mortgage consultant of the MFAA.

Group Shared Services

Bruno Osredecki
Group Procurement Manager
Bruno heads up the Group’s procurement function and oversees our Prime Plumbing, Peak Ceilings and Crest Roofing businesses. Bruno has over 10 years experience in supply chain and logistics management.

Fabio Fusari
Group IT Manager
Fabio joined the Summit Homes Group IT department in 2004 and has been the IT Manager since 2009.
